An avid learner with a masters degree in industrial organizational psychology aiming to make a difference in communities and individuals lives. Knowing the struggles from a family who has struggled with obesity and diabetes, I know the realization of how unhealthy eating and exercise can become a detriment to your health.
After joining the Beach Body Coach Challenge I can say it has changed my life, I feel energized and healthy. I counted my calories for one week and found I easily exceeded 2000 daily calories prior to joining. Now I have the resources to understand and practice my nutrition and fitness.
